Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic credentials.
• 2+ years of full-time work experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or finance.
• Strong problem-solving and quantitative/qualitative analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis within high-impact strategy projects for Humana.
• Participate in interviews and sessions with Medicare/Medicaid leaders and broader teams.
• Perform industry, market, competitor, and financial analyses and extract insights.
• Create high-quality deliverables that frame objectives, issues, and recommendations.
