Director, Medical Staff Services

Full-time, Exempt position located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA.

Under the direction of the CEO and CMO, the Director oversees all Medical Staff activities, manages operational aspects, and ensures compliance with licensing standards. Responsibilities include organizing programs, establishing procedures, coordinating meetings, acting as liaison between administration and medical staff, and supervising Medical Staff personnel.

The Corona Regional Medical Center, established in 1965, has evolved to meet community needs and now comprises a 160-bed acute care hospital and a 78-bed rehabilitation campus, with over 1,250 staff and approximately 347 physicians across more than 40 specialties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's preferred.
• 5-7 years of Medical Staff Services experience required.

Certifications/Licenses

• CPMSM required; CPCS preferred.
