Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD/DO).
• Minimum 10 years of Medical Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or relevant clinical or scientific experience.
• Experience developing and executing integrated publication strategies across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
• Pipeline portfolio and rare disease experience required, with adaptability across asset stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead publication-related efforts and ensure data interpretation and publication planning.
• Ensure compliance with good publication practices (GPP) and ICMJE standards.
• Develop internal guidance and policies to support publication activities.
• Deliver training to cross-functional teams and external partners as needed.
• Manage development of abstracts, posters, presentations, manuscripts for publications.
