Sarepta Therapeutics is seeking a Director, Medical Managed Care to lead field-based payer communications and medical education for Duchenne and Sarepta products. This role focuses on delivering scientifically credible messages to payer audiences and developing resources to support evidence-based decisions.

Requires strong scientific knowledge, 10+ years of related experience, and willingness to travel >50%. Hybrid role on-site in the United States with potential for national scope.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced clinical/healthcare degrees preferred.
• Significant scientific and healthcare knowledge, especially US healthcare system.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills; ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsabilités

• Identify and build relationships with key payer decision makers and managed care customers.
• Develop credible medical and health economics resources to support payer education.
• Educate payer audiences on Sarepta products and disease state data; support policy discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver clear, scientifically-balanced information.
• Contribute to internal training and planning for national and regional medical affairs activities.
• Attend scientific meetings and provide medical affairs support for payer-related discussions.
