Job summary

Sarepta Therapeutics seeks a Director, Medical Managed Care to act as a field-based liaison delivering payer communications for Duchenne products and health economics data. You will build credible relationships with clinical decision makers and educate payer teams on disease and Sarepta programs.

The role requires strong scientific and HEOR knowledge, exceptional communication, and willingness to travel. Hybrid work on-site at Sarepta facilities in the U.S. and travel will be substantial.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to payers and decision makers.
• Experience in pharma, managed care, or HEOR environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain relationships with key clinical decision makers in payer and managed care.
• Develop credible relationships with medical, pharmacy, and HEOR leaders in accounts.
• Collaborate with National Accounts to educate payer and market access customers.
• Interpret key data to support policy decisions for payers and stakeholders.
• Prepare fair-balanced responses to clinical and scientific concerns of payers.
• Deliver scientific information in meetings, advisory boards, or 1:1 discussions.
• Assist in payer tools/dossiers to demonstrate value from a payer perspective.
• Participate in internal training and national/regional meetings.
• Attend scientific meetings to provide Medical Affairs support.
• Provide leadership with customer insights and business recommendations.
• Other related duties as required.
