Legacy Health is seeking a Director for Legacy Medical Group to provide leadership across service areas and sites, aligning strategic initiatives with the organization\'s mission. This role will oversee the coordination of clinical and front-office operations across clinics, partnering with physician leaders to drive high-quality patient care.

The position requires at least six years of healthcare leadership experience and a Bachelor\'s degree, with a Master\'s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum six years in healthcare leadership or management.
• Experience with physician office/clinic settings preferred.
• Knowledge of staffing systems/designs for clinics.
• Experience in chronic disease management principles.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of multiple medical group practices to align with organizational objectives.
• Optimizes daily efficiency, service quality, and clinic compliance.
• Oversees clinical and front office operations with physician leadership and billing services.
• Assists clinic leadership in staffing designs and performance standards.
• Sets clear expectations and empowers managers to deliver quality results.
• Collaborates with medical leaders and senior management to promote Legacy Health strategies.
