Job summary

Taiho Oncology, Inc. is seeking a Director for Medical Field Training responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive training programs. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams to ensure the Medical Field Team is well-equipped with scientific knowledge and training resources.

The ideal candidate will hold a Doctoral degree and have substantial Medical Affairs experience, particularly in oncology. The position offers a competitive salary range between $230,350 and $271,000 annually, with a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech Medical Affairs.
• 3+ years of MSL experience or similar field-based position.
• Strong knowledge of oncology disease states.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs.
• Collaborate with Field Medical Team Lead and other departments.
• Develop curriculum for the Medical Field Team to support technology utilization.

Skills

8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech Medical Affairs experience with a record of success.

3+ years of experience as an MSL or similar field-based position.

Demonstrated leadership ability.

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

Education

Doctoral degree in a scientific and/or medical discipline.
