Job summary

Definium is seeking a Director of Medical Communications to lead strategy and execution for its psychiatry portfolio, including psychedelic-based therapeutics in late-stage clinical development.

You will develop integrated communication strategies, create scientific narratives, training programs, and act as backup medical reviewer ensuring scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Expect to manage external vendors and travel 15-20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, or MD).
• 7+ years in Medical Affairs, medical communications, or related healthcare industry.
• Experience in scientific narrative development, medical review processes, and vendor management.
