Job summary

ProcDNA seeks a Director to scale its Medical Affairs practice through independent solutioning, proposal leadership, and end-to-end delivery ownership. You will shape solutions to underdefined problems and drive engagements with autonomy while consulting leadership provides support on strategic decisions.

You will lead high-visibility Medical Affairs programs, manage relationships with senior client stakeholders, and mentor a growing team, partnering with leadership on growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10–14+ years of Medical Affairs, MSL, Clinical Research, or Life Sciences consulting experience.
• Advanced degree preferred (PharmD/PhD/MD/DNP/MBA) or related discipline.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams and client management at VP/C-suite level.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; GenAI/NLP experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent solutioning, proposals, and RFPs for Medical Affairs engagements.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, high-visibility programs with measurable impact.
• Build and sustain executive relationships; manage day-to-day and strategic cadence with clients.
• Mentor consulting team members and support practice growth and staffing decisions.
• Drive business development by expanding pipeline within existing and adjacent accounts.
