Job summary

ProcDNA is seeking a Director of Medical Affairs to provide scientific and strategic leadership across oncology programs. You will build relationships with KOLs, support evidence generation, and drive medical strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a senior medical leader with extensive oncology experience, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and willingness to travel up to 50% to meet partners, conferences, and study sites.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or medical degree required (PharmD/PhD/MD/DO/DNP or equivalent).
• 12+ years of Medical Affairs or related experience.
• 8+ years in oncology, preferably solid tumors.
• Proven experience engaging with KOLs and leading Medical Affairs initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of oncology clinical research and treatment landscapes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

This individual will build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), support clinical research and evidence-generation initiatives, drive medical strategy execution, and partner cross-functionally to advance organizational objectives.
