Job summary

ProcDNA is building a Medical Affairs analytics practice in the US. This founding role focuses on proactive solutioning, point-of-view development, and offering-building while delivering hands-on work for live client engagements.

You’ll lead end-to-end analytics projects, shape the practice, and mentor junior consultants, leveraging SQL, Python, and BI tools, with exposure to Veeva data structures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Medical Affairs/life sciences consulting or analytics-heavy environment.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and a BI tool (Power BI/Tableau); Veeva exposure preferred.
• Track record of leading client engagements directly.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity — define the approach more than executing a fixed plan.

Responsibilities

• Define and sharpen ProcDNA’s Medical Affairs Analytics POV; develop reusable assets for pursuits.
• Lead end-to-end Medical Affairs engagements across the product lifecycle with high delivery quality.
• Build trusted client relationships with Directors/Senior Directors; help grow accounts.
• Translate ambiguous business and scientific questions into structured analytical approaches.
