Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharma experience with Medical Affairs strategy
• Significant Oncology experience
• Knowledge of clinical trial design and biostatistics
• Experience presenting and publishing scientific information
• Ability to work across functions and cultures
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Knowledge of US PhRMA, FDA rules and guidelines relating to medical engagements
• Willingness to travel up to 40% (Cambridge, MA)

Responsibilities

• Lead medical strategy for assigned oncology brands/assets across indications
• Oversee US Medical Affairs strategy, advisory boards, and cross-functional collaboration
• Support evidence generation and publication planning in coordination with teams
• Lead and supervise medical information responses and promotional material reviews
• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external stakeholders
• Guide field medical strategy in collaboration with MSL team
• Manage medical education content and external scientific congress activities
