This role bridges Media teams, Data Operations, and the AI Automation & Architecture org, translating challenges into scalable operating model changes.

• Proven experience leading operational transformation and change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of media agency workflows and delivery processes.
• Experience managing large cross-functional programs and stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and change leadership skills.
• Experience collaborating with technology, data, automation, or AI teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Media Transformation roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Partner with AI Automation & Architecture to apply automation to operations.
• Evaluate operating models and design improvements for speed, efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Standardize processes, documentation, and best practices across teams.
• Lead change management including communication, training, and adoption.
• Engage with Media, Operations, Data, Analytics, Technology, and Client teams.
