The Director, Media and Paid Partnerships is responsible for shaping and overseeing the Museum’s paid media strategy and partnerships to strengthen visibility and engagement while growing attendance and revenue. This role brings a growth marketer’s mindset to the Museum’s marketing efforts: relentless testing, rapid iteration and a bias towards what moves the numbers. Ensures that the Museum’s marketing efforts are data-driven, optimized, and reaching the right audiences through the most effective channels.
This position combines strategic decision-making with hands‑on campaign execution: negotiating media value, managing budgets, and collaborating with other divisions to deliver measurable, scalable results in ticket sales, membership and program revenue.
This is a hybrid position with a Monday through Friday schedule.
