Swisslog Healthcare seeks a Director of Mechatronics to lead hardware, electrical and mechanical design for Pneumatic Tube Systems (PTS). You will own the development process, drive safety certifications, and manage budgets while mentoring a team of engineers.
You will collaborate with product management to shape roadmaps, define system topologies, and deliver robust, scalable automation solutions for healthcare facilities worldwide. Strong leadership and communication are essential.
The Director of Mechatronics will lead the mechatronics team to perform hardware design, electrical, mechanical and electronics systems engineering for our Pneumatic Tube Systems (PTS). This role will define, maintain and execute the mechatronics development process and roadmap in conjunction with product management.
Salary range for this position is $135,000,000 - $170,000, plus bonus. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skillset.
