Job summary

Hanover Research is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to drive technology-enabled marketing programs from Arlington, VA or remote. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, CS, or related fields.
• 6–9+ years in marketing technology, operations, or automation.
• Experience installing and managing marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing automation processes and workflows (HubSpot).
• Oversee, implement, analyze, and optimize automated marketing programs, including email.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies and ABM readiness.
• Lead monitoring and optimization of lead scoring and nurturing to increase MQLs.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with CRM/Marketing Tech teams.
