JOB SCOPE:
The Director of Marketing is responsible for shaping and executing the marketing for Kenmore and DieHard.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Marketing will lead initiatives across branded content, channel marketing, event management, performance marketing and analytics, and customer relationship management (CRM). This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical prowess, capable of driving brand growth through a multi-channel approach.

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Spearheads the creation and execution of compelling content across social media and other digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Develops and implements marketing strategies across various sales channels to optimize product placement and promotions
- Plans and executes high-impact events that align with brand goals and enhance consumer and stakeholder relationships
- Provides campaign and promotion analysis to evaluate ROI and revenue impact based on data driven insights and optimize future campaigns against key KPIs
- Establishes performance marketing function which drives consumer demand to achieve revenue goals via paid media tests across multiple channels (ie retargeting, DSP, CTV etc)
- Designs and refines lifecycle marketing strategies to improve customer retention and lifetime value through targeted communication and personalized experiences
- Develops strategic launch plans for new products and initiatives slated for Q3/Q4, focusing on building awareness and engagement at the top of the sales funnel
- Hires and mentors a team of subject matter experts, particularly in Performance Marketing, to strengthen our marketing capabilities
- Responsible for delivering Brand guidelines to licensees, and manages collaboration opportunities for press release, brand marketing, promotion, trade shows, and alike
- Performs supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associates

JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelors Degree
- 5-10 years of related experience
- Up to 25% travel
- 18 years of age or older
REQUIRED SKILLS:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a large appliance or consumer electronics company
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams and developing marketing talent
- Innovative thinker with a can-do attitude and the ability to drive projects to completion
