Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, MPH, MHA, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
• 18+ years of healthcare market access experience.
• Proven track record leading commercial payer strategies for genomic sequencing and genetic testing.
• Direct experience with national and regional commercial health plans.
• Strong payer policy development and reimbursement knowledge.
• Excellent strategic planning and executive communication.
• Willingness to travel 30–40%.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Market Access - Commercial Coverage & Reimbursement to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will own commercial payer access strategy for genomic sequencing and genetic testing offerings, helping shape how coverage and reimbursement are secured across key markets. The role partners closely with HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Government Affairs to build compelling value propositions and align commercial and public payer approaches.
