Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a seasoned maritime defense leader for the Director, Mission Insights, Maritime role in Washington, DC. You will translate partner-nation needs into credible concepts of operation and product requirements, interfacing with naval authorities and multiple internal teams.

The role demands senior operational experience, deep maritime warfare expertise, and the ability to brief senior executives and foreign officers.

Qualifications

• Former U.S. Navy SWO with sea experience and operational background.
• Designation as WTI via SMWDC or equivalent high-end instructor tour.
• Deep expertise in maritime warfare, IAMD, and related domains.
• Ability to translate tactical/technical problems into executive-ready concepts.
• Strong public speaking, briefing, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Define Allied Maritime CONEMPs and employment concepts for partners.
• Serve as conduit between allied operators and engineering/product teams.
• Provide threat-informed analysis to support operational studies.
• Equip regional BD teams with war-gaming and mission tools.
• Bridge interoperability architectures with US JADC2 and NATO standards.
• Identify capability gaps and seed international co-development work.
• Translate strategy into execution before foreign military leaders.
