Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or related technical field; 15+ years of experience, or 13+ years with a Master's.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive direct people leadership in manufacturing/production, operations, or related area.
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Experience with ISO9000/AS9100 or Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive a continuous improvement culture with focus on high-quality products at target costs.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance to meet program objectives.
