Job summary

LightForce, a leader in digital orthodontics, seeks a Director of Manufacturing Engineering to own the manufacturing technology roadmap, drive automation, and scale the patient-specific production platform. You will lead process development, NPI, and quality initiatives across multiple teams to enhance throughput and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

10+ years in a complex manufacturing setting with 5+ years in direct leadership.
Experience directing CAPEX, NPI initiatives and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

Own the Manufacturing Technology & Process Roadmap and execute it.
Drive continuous improvement to optimize capability, yield and cost.
Lead automation projects including robotics, vision systems and fixturing.
Oversee NPI manufacturing transfer and design validation.
Build and mentor the Manufacturing Engineering organization.
Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance across processes and equipment.
