Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Experience with payer contracts and value-based arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic partnerships with payers and affiliated provider organizations.
• Lead contract negotiations and pricing models for the health system.
• Direct multi-disciplinary program development and network expansion.
• Build and manage financial models to evaluate contracts and opportunities.
• Lead and coach staff, manage performance and compliance.
