The role requires extensive experience in design, construction, and project management, plus PE licensure and travel readiness. Hybrid work model and leadership development are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited college.
• Minimum of 12 years combined experience in engineering, design, construction, and/or project management.
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering leadership or management positions.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
• Up to 50% Travel between regions.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Oversight & Technical Direction across major projects portfolio, ensuring safe, on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Directs engineers and consultants; manages performance and ensures standards compliance.
• Establishes and maintains uniform engineering standards and design criteria across all operating companies.
• Supports regulatory filings related to engineering scope and compliance with BES, NERC/FERC, and other codes.
• Leads QA/QC processes and implements lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Engages with internal and external stakeholders to align enterprise goals.
