Kean University seeks a Director of Major Maintenance and Projects to lead a diverse portfolio of facilities, infrastructure, and operations. You will manage renovations, equipment replacements, relocations, and major capital improvements, directing planning, budgeting, and schedules to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

The role requires on-site work across campus locations, travel, and a flexible schedule, with a focus on aligning projects with university priorities, coordinating

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of project or program management experience.
• Experience budgeting, cost tracking, scope and schedule development.
• RFP/bidding, vendor/contractor management, and building code familiarity.
• Preferred: PMP/CCM/CCMP certifications.
• Experience in higher education or multi-building environments.
