The role provides technical leadership for Progressive Maintenance (PM) in a union environment across our network of plants. It drives overall asset reliability strategy and implements improvements to deliver operational excellence, increasing the technical skill level within the maintenance organization. This directly impacts safety, quality, efficiency, cost management, customer satisfaction, and innovation.
The Maintenance & Asset Reliability Director will coach maintenance teams across four plants on identifying and resolving abnormalities, and completing the right preventive maintenance to enable zero breakdowns, thus improving reliability immediately.
This leader will oversee maintenance & reliability for US manufacturing sites, based out of Chicago, IL, or Richmond, VA, or Portland, OR.
Travel across US manufacturing sites as needed.
The salary range is $141,000 - $246,750, depending on experience and skills. Includes bonus, long-term incentives, and comprehensive benefits.
