Hasbro, Inc. and Wizards of the Coast are seeking a Director of Partnerships & Program Management for the Magic Franchise.

This role leads the Partner Program Management team, coordinating with Universes Beyond partners, and guiding multi-year cross-functional initiatives that shape Magic’s future. You’ll partner with internal and external stakeholders, manage complex programs, coach senior managers, and help translate strategic pitches into executable plans.

Qualifications

• Track record of leading programs in ambiguous, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Magic Franchise Program Management Team and resolve critical issues.
• Develop best practices and coach Program Managers to cross-functional leadership.
• Manage a portfolio of principal-level initiatives and craft pitches for new Universes Beyond sets.
• Serve as the Partner Expert to advance Magic franchise goals with partners.
