Job summary

Signers National is seeking a Director, M&A Integration to design and lead the integration operating model across deals. You will oversee the IMO, coordinating Finance, HR, IT, Operations and Legal, ensuring fast, value-driven integration from signing through completion.

You will drive Day 1 readiness, retention plans for key staff, and a robust communication plan for stakeholders while tracking synergies and risk mitigation. Strong executive presence and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of post-merger integration experience (buy-side).
• Accountability for synergy capture and value realization.
• Track record leading cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial/financial acumen—linking integration to P&L impact.
• Excellent program management, communication, and executive presence.
• Willingness to travel to acquired sites as deals require.

Responsibilities

• Design and own integration operating model, governance, and playbook (Day 1 readiness; 30/60/100-day plans; exit criteria; value-tracking).
• Lead IMO across transactions; coordinate Finance, HR, IT, Ops, Sales, Legal, Tax; manage dependencies and critical path.
• Own Day 1 readiness, retention plans for acquired employees, and communication to stakeholders.
• Run integration governance: steering cadence, status, milestones, escalation, and handoffs.
• Ensure exit criteria are met and transfer to business lines is clean.
• Hold accountability for delivering synergies and report progress to Head of M&A and leadership.
• Bridge acquired leadership and Signers National, managing cultural integration with minimal disruption.
