Procore is seeking a Director, M&A Integration to own the execution of the company's integration program. You will partner with Corporate Development during diligence, align workstreams across Product, GTM, Finance, People, Legal, and IT, and drive Day 1 readiness and post-acquisition execution.

You will lead cross-functional teams, run governance forums, and provide transparent visibility to executives on risks and progress, while mentoring the growing integration function.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in M&A integration, PMO leadership, or enterprise transformation.
• 2-3 years in top-tier consulting firm.
• Strong background leading complex, cross-functional programs in global, matrixed environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience designing and running executive steering committees and governance forums.
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading team members over time.
• Familiarity with M&A program management tools and AI-driven workflows in diligence and integration.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with structure, clarity, and bias for action.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Corporate Development during diligence to assess operational feasibility, size execution lift, and surface Day 1 risks.
• Build high-level strategy into executable integration programs with milestones, metrics, and dependencies.
• Coordinate and align cross-functional leads across Product, Go-To-Market, Finance, People, Legal, and IT to maintain momentum.
• Run the operating cadence and steering committees to keep program execution on track and resolve blockers.
• Provide clear visibility to executive leadership on progress, risks, and trade-offs.
• Drive cross-functional decision-making and resolve complex dependencies without formal authority.
• Build, hire, and mentor a growing integration team as acquisition volume increases.
• Leverage AI workflows to optimize diligence and integration processes.
