Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership experience in high-end furnishings, design showrooms, luxury retail or similar field.
• Interior design experience preferred.
• Proven experience fostering a positive and healthy work environment, where associates are empowered to do their best.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High energy and results-driven.
• Adept at gaining insights from mistakes and seeking constructive feedback from colleagues or leaders to improve results.
• Smart, creative and has a point of view.

• Support, promote and assume responsibility for loss prevention in all areas of risk management, physical security, Gallery cash controls, inventory management and internal audits.
• Support, implement, provide follow-up and feedback for all initiatives and rollouts as the business shifts and changes.
