Job summary

The Director of UNH Wildcat Productions leads all live event production for UNH Athletics, directing videoboard operations, broadcasts, and fan engagement for campus events.

Reporting to the Associate Athletic Director for Marketing and Communications, you supervise staff and student workers, manage budgets, and collaborate with coaches to deliver innovative content and top-tier production in a dynamic sports environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead videoboard, broadcast, and production room operations for UNH Athletics events and select university events, including commencements and special events.
• Produce and direct live broadcasts for ESPN+, streaming platforms, and other digital/linear partners.
• Develop in-game entertainment, videoboard content, fan engagement, and sponsor activations.
• Collaborate with Athletics Marketing to create promotional videos, hype videos, PSAs, highlights, and replay packages.
• Oversee game presentation run-of-show scripts and broadcast production plans.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff and game-day production crews.
• Manage production budgets and equipment purchases; ensure efficiency and quality.
• Maintain and service all production systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Serve as primary production contact for external events using videoboard and broadcast resources.
• Work with Wildcat Sports Properties to fulfill sponsorship obligations and integrate activations.
• Partner with coaches and staff to develop content that promotes UNH Athletics and fan engagement.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, university, and state/federal regulations.
• Perform other duties to support UNH Athletics mission.
