Job summary

University of New Hampshire seeks the Director of UNH Wildcat Productions to lead all aspects of live event production, videoboard operations, and digital broadcasts for UNH Athletics and select university events. You will hire and supervise staff, plan run-of-show scripts, direct broadcasts for ESPN+ and other partners, and create engaging in-game entertainment and promotional content.

This role reports to the Associate Athletic Director for Marketing and Communications and requires evenings,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in television production, sports management, journalism, communications, media production, or a related field.
• Three years of professional experience in sports production, live event production, broadcasting, or a related field.
• Experience supervising staff, students, or production crews.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of videoboard, broadcast, and production room operations for UNH Athletics events and select university events.
• Produce and direct live broadcasts for ESPN+, streaming platforms, and other distribution partners.
• Develop in-game entertainment experiences, videoboard content, fan engagement initiatives, and promotional elements.
• Collaborate with Athletics Marketing and Communications to create promotional videos, hype videos, and other content.
• Oversee run-of-show scripts and broadcast production plans.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff and game-day production crews.
• Manage production budgets and equipment purchases; ensure maintenance of systems and facilities.
• Serve as primary production contact for external events using videoboard/broadcast resources.
• Collaborate with Wildcat Sports Properties to fulfill sponsorships and partner activations.
