Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience in sophisticated litigation, product safety and regulatory compliance.
• Strong judgment, independent work style, and executive presence.
• Experience advising HR on employment matters and working with outside regulatory counsel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Company’s litigation, claims and dispute-resolution activities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee insurance claims, settlement authority, and budgeting for external legal expenses.
• Direct litigation processes, intake, holds, reserves, and outside counsel guidelines.
• Provide leadership on product safety, regulatory compliance, and supply chain regulatory matters.
• Advise senior leadership on risk, crisis management and communications.
