Job summary

CRB is seeking a Senior Project Director to lead complex projects in the life sciences and food/beverage sectors from charter through closeout. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive execution strategy, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and profitability across multi-project portfolios.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of AEC leadership experience, with PMP/AECPMA/DBIA certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum ten years of experience in the AEC industry.
• Industry-specific certification, including PMP & AECPMA, DBIA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects including chartering, safety, design, pre-construction, permitting, construction, and closeout.
• Develop execution strategy and ensure KPI targets for safety, schedule, quality and profitability.
• Lead client relationships and business development activities, including RFP responses.
• Mentor and train project teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with CRB policies, procedures and applicable laws.
