You will report to the Senior Vice President & Chief Product Development Officer, driving revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction by ensuring projects are scoped, managed, and delivered successfully.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Program Management and Validation Engineering teams to ensure consistent delivery, accountability, and client focus.
• Oversee consulting proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, statements of work, project estimates, pricing assumptions, and client-ready packages with Sales and SMEs.
• Develop scalable consulting offerings, SOPs, templates, checklists, and CRM/project management assets.
