We are seeking a data-driven, collaborative leader to drive product development, marketing, and lifecycle management aligned with market needs and Cryoport’s mission. The role emphasizes cross-functional partnership, strategic planning, and impactful product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Packaging, Engineering or Marketing related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in market research, product marketing/ product management/ product development, lifecycle management in the medical device or packaging space.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate knowledge in Adobe Acrobat Pro, NetSuite, Power BI, Salesforce, Pardot.

Responsibilities

• Determine goals and metrics for product launch(es) driven by market research and voice of customer feedback.
• Define target market segments and audiences and map client requirements to product features.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Project Management, and Engineering to support launches and collateral development.
• Develop and execute product launch plans including pricing, margins, forecasts, and revenue planning.
• Gather customer needs and translate into product requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Manage product line roadmap and lifecycle.
