Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced analytics or related field a plus.
• 7+ years of experience with large-scale healthcare data (claims/clinical).
• Advanced SQL and Python experience; Spark/Databricks a plus.
• Experience building longitudinal analyses and cohort methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and execution of complex analytical solutions using large-scale healthcare datasets.
• Develop longitudinal patient journey analyses, segmentation, and risk-adjusted models.
• Translate client requirements into reusable datasets and analytical models.
• Transform large datasets into standardized, repeatable assets for dashboards and products.
• Partner with consulting, product, engineering, and data science teams to broaden analytics capabilities.
• Lead multiple concurrent workstreams and communicate risks and dependencies.
