Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Science.
• 15+ years of Life Science sector experience with staff management and consulting experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor operational metrics (utilization, billing, revenue).
• Own and monitor regional P/L and profitability.
• Grow client relationships and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery and staff development.
• Prepare proposals and interface with clients and teams.
