Societe Generale, within the Leveraged Finance team of Investment Banking, seeks a senior banker to build long-term relationships with private equity sponsors across energy and infrastructure, and to execute syndicated loan transactions.

You will work with power and utilities teams, cross-sell banking products, and contribute to due diligence, modeling, and financing structuring while staying ahead of market developments.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years experience in leveraged finance or investment banking.
• Established private equity sponsor relationships.
• Knowledge of corporate finance valuation and financial accounting concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with credit documentation and non-investment grade structuring.
• Bachelor's degree from a top tier college/university.

Aufgaben

• Develop and expand relationships with private equity sponsors focused on energy/infrastructure.
• Assist in transaction execution: due diligence, credit analysis, modeling, structuring and credit approval.
• Cross-sell capital markets and core banking products to sponsor clients.
• Stay updated on market developments to maintain competitive structuring skills.
