Job summary

BTS is a consultancy focused on the people side of strategy, helping leaders transform organizations. As a Leadership Consultant in a hybrid SF environment, you will work with leaders from top firms, shaping capabilities through interactive sessions, simulations, and coaching.

You'll design experiences, conduct research, and guide engagements across industries while collaborating with BTS teams to grow the business and develop careers of BTSers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Two to five years of experience in consulting, learning & development, leadership development, or a relevant industry.
• Experience designing or delivering leadership development programs, assessments, or executive coaching engagements is strongly preferred.
• Some project leadership experience is ideal; for more experienced candidates, experience in a client-facing role is strongly preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the US permanently without sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership development engagements for client organizations.

• Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
