• Manages security and loss prevention operations daily.
• Develops and implements emergency procedures.
• Conducts investigations of property losses and coordinates with management.
• Deploys security staff to protect assets and monitor premises.
• Complies with Marriott and internal safety and security guidelines.
• Preforms periodic patrols of property and parking areas.
• Leads and mentors Loss Prevention officers and staff.
• Ensures guest and employee safety and satisfaction.
• Maintains required reports and documentation.
