The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Vice President of Legal to lead and manage all legal affairs of the organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will act as a strategic advisor to leadership and play a vital role in supporting company growth, mitigating risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance across global operations.

What You’ll Do

• ✔️ Serve as the primary legal advisor across the business
• ✔️ Develop and execute the company’s legal strategy aligned with strategic goals
• ✔️ Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial, channel, and vendor contracts
• ✔️ Manage legal aspects of employment matters in the U.S. and globally
• ✔️ Ensure global compliance with data privacy, corporate, and labor laws
• ✔️ Oversee external counsel in multiple jurisdictions
• ✔️ Manage the cap table and ESOP tracker
• ✔️ Support M&A, funding rounds, and corporate governance initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• ✅ Juris Doctor (JD) with active U.S. bar membership
• ✅ 8+ years of legal experience, ideally in the SaaS or cybersecurity space
• ✅ Deep knowledge of commercial contracts, privacy laws, and employment regulations
• ✅ Proven experience drafting channel partner agreements (resellers, MSPs, distributors)
• ✅ Familiarity with startup equity, funding rounds, and M&A activities
• ✅ Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen
• ✅ Preferred: dual bar certification in the U.S. and Israel
