Role:

Director of Learning & Organizational Development at a clinical-stage biopharma focusing on post-bariatric hypoglycemia, Wolfram syndrome, and ALS.

Objectives:

develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational capability, leadership, and employee growth; foster a culture of continuous learning aligned with company values.
