Job summary

MSD is seeking a Director of Global Clinical Supply Continuous Improvement (Onsite) to lead CI initiatives across the organization, including kaizen workshops, KPI rollout, and culture change. You will mentor CI belt candidates and collaborate with multiple functions to optimize the end-to-end clinical supply chain in support of 300+ trials and partners.

The role requires a strong background in Lean Six Sigma, GMP/GCP, and data-driven process design, with a focus on education and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• LSS black belt certification or equivalent experience required.
• Extensive experience facilitating kaizen workshops and leading complex projects.
• Understanding of clinical supply chain and trials including GCP & GMP.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and execute continuous improvement activities across GCS and partners.
• Lead kaizen workshops and build a culture of CI with education across the organization.
• Coach and mentor belt candidates and trainees in lean concepts and problem solving.
• Collaborate with GCS, GCTO, GDQ, PSCS, Procurement and SMEs to implement improvements.
