Job summary

Merck in West Point, PA seeks a Director of GCS Continuous Improvement to drive end-to-end process enhancements across clinical supply chains. You will lead kaizen initiatives, develop analytics, and coach teams in lean methods while collaborating with GCS, GCTO, GDQ, and PSCS stakeholders.

You will influence global processes, manage complex projects, and promote a culture of continuous improvement aligned with GMP/GCP requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• LSS Black Belt certification required.
• Experience facilitating kaizen workshops and leading complex projects.
• Understanding of Clinical supply chain and GCP/GMP.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and execute continuous improvement activities across GCS and partners.
• Lead process design/improvement projects and strategic initiatives.
• Develop analytics, dashboards, KPIs to monitor performance and compliance.
• Train and coach teams in lean concepts and data-driven methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to share learnings and drive change.
