Director, Leads Operations - US Based Remote

This role is crucial for bridging Business Operations, Strategy, and Analytics within our Leads Team. The ideal candidate will be adept at quickly understanding complex business situations, identifying gaps, and developing strategies for improvement. You should combine high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize operations and ensure peak efficiency.

This position is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Framework Development: Create and implement strategies to optimize lead management and operations aligned with business goals.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Revenue & Network Operations, Marketing, and other teams to align initiatives and execute revenue-driven projects.
  3. Support Business Transformation: Lead process improvements using automation and AI solutions like Amazon Connect, chatbots, and AI transcription to streamline outreach and data insights.
  4. Insight Generation: Analyze datasets, present actionable insights, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
  5. Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop KPI dashboards and reports using advanced Excel techniques to support decision-making.
  6. Forecasting & Scenario Modeling: Build models to support revenue growth planning and test business scenarios.
  7. Process Mapping & Optimization: Map and optimize workflows with tools like Miro, Visio, or Lucidchart.
  8. Project Leadership: Lead operational projects from conception to completion, ensuring measurable impact.
  9. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or related fields with proven improvements and growth.
  • Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, scenario modeling, and macros.
  • Experience with process mapping tools such as Miro, Visio, or Lucidchart.
  • Familiarity with CRM, BI tools, SQL, or Python is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership experience in cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority.
