Job summary

The Greater Houston Partnership seeks a Director of Leadership Programs to lead strategy and execution for its flagship leadership initiatives—EWP, WOTR, and HYPE. You will own curriculum development, speaker preparation, and meaningful member experiences, aligning with the Partnership's priorities and cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with Member Engagement, MarCom, Events, and executive leadership to deliver high-quality programs, recruit top speakers, and drive engagement,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership programming experience.
• Experience in curriculum design and member engagement.
• Proven ability to work with executive leaders and professional development programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for EWP, WOTR, and HYPE.
• Achieve attendance, enrollment, retention, and revenue goals.
• Lead theme development and cohesive learning journeys.
• Collaborate with MarCom, Events, and internal partners.
• Recruit and prepare speakers and program facilitators.
