Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director of Learning & Development to design, develop, and deliver high-impact marketing excellence training. You will translate complex concepts into practical, role-based learning and collaborate with brand teams and Global Capability groups to enable data-driven decisions.

The role reports to the Director of L&D and requires 50-60% travel, with a focus on scalable curricula, measurement, and organizational readiness across a global marketing

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of commercial marketing models, brand planning, and core marketing capabilities.
• Strong understanding of the product operating model, including design, key roles and ways of working.
• Solid working knowledge of commercial data concepts, including different data types, purpose and limitations.
• Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, content development and training delivery.
• Proficient in learning management systems (LMS), virtual training tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the enterprise learning and adoption strategy for Marketing Excellence capabilities.
• Design and scale role-based onboarding and capability development programs.
• Lead enterprise adoption of Marketing Excellence standards and new ways of working.
• Partner with leaders to develop learning solutions for the Global Capability Operating Model.
• Present capability insights and readiness assessments to executive leadership teams.
