Job summary

Assent is seeking a Director of Product Management for Life Cycle Assessment to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for LCA capabilities within its B2B SaaS platform. You will translate customer needs, evolving standards, and market opportunities into scalable solutions, leading a team of PMs and collaborating with Sustainability, Engineering, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a rapidly growing organization.
• Demonstrated experience applying LCA concepts to software products.

Responsibilities

• Define the LCA product portfolio strategy and investment priorities.
• Own the success of Assent’s LCA solution and its commercial performance.
• Build relationships with customers, practitioners, data providers, and partners.
• Ensure calculation transparency, data lineage, and audit trails in outputs.
• Provide end-to-end product leadership with Engineering and QA.
• Define and monitor product success measures: adoption, value, retention, growth.
• Monitor LCA standards and translate into roadmap priorities.
• Develop business cases for LCA investments with evidence and analysis.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies with Marketing, Sales and CS.
• Recruit, coach, and retain Product Managers; drive accountability and performance.
• Establish goals, processes, and risk management for team execution.
• Lead prioritization and stakeholder alignment from discovery to launch.
• Coach on consistent product management practices: discovery, research, delivery, releases.
