Anthesis Group is seeking an exceptional Principal Consultant with deep expertise in Life Cycle Assessment and EU CBAM, combining technical leadership with strategic growth. You will lead complex LCA and CBAM engagements, and help shape a scalable, commercially successful advisory offering across Europe.

You will cultivate strong client relationships, drive growth, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality projects while advancing Anthesis’s CBAM-driven solutions in dynamic markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Life Cycle Assessments and product carbon footprints.
• Advanced knowledge of EU CBAM Regulation and its implications.
• Strong experience using SimaPro for modelling and analysis.
• Excellent client-management and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong written and spoken English abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead CBAM projects and provide technical delivery across engagements.
• Oversee LCA and product-footprinting engagements with project leadership.
• Translate regulatory developments into practical guidance for clients.
• Drive business development and go-to-market initiatives for CBAM and LCA services.
