Job summary

LillyDirect seeks a visionary Product Management leader to define and drive LATAM digital product strategy and roadmaps. You will align cross-functional teams across design, engineering, and business units to deliver a cohesive consumer experience in LATAM markets.

You will champion user-centric design, partner with external vendors, and stay ahead of regulatory health requirements while shaping product strategy in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of product management in consumer/late-stage growth e-commerce.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams and external vendors.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Define LATAM product strategy, roadmap, timeline, and requirements.
• Align initiatives with CSAT/NPS impact and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with design and engineering across a portfolio of products.
• Represent LATAM product vision in industry forums and internal leadership meetings.
